Working with clients to understand issues/gaps in their security programs and works alongside them to provide solutions is key. Lead and execute key cybersecurity activities and protections at Plus Power. The ideal candidate has deep expertise and understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks, and has built or managed InfoSec, AppSec, SecOps, identity and access management, and data privacy programs. Work cross functionally with IT, Data Engineering, Data Science, Operational Technology, Asset Management, Engineering Procurement and Construction, Legal, External Relations, and HR teams.
Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies. Manage and control changes to systems, assessing the security impact , as well as provide security testing for code changes/development. You'll also assist with creating, updating, and closing all Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and developing security guidelines and processes for new and existing DEA networks.
Shape the future of AI by leveraging your cybersecurity expertise. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like penetration testing, intrusion detection systems, and risk management, documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning. Converse with the model on cyber incident scenarios and theoretical cybersecurity questions, verify accuracy, and suggest improvements.
As the Head of Threat Management, you will lead Bridgewater’s threat detection and response functions, managing a team of engineers across different levels while coordinating with other security teams. This senior leadership role involves guiding a high-performing team in maintaining and augmenting threat management operations while maintaining integration with broader initiatives across Security and Technology.
